Department of Training & Placement

Department of Training & Placement which exclusively functions for training and placement activities and caters for enhancing not only the employability skills of the passing out but also the overall development of their personality. The department organizes training programmes in coordination with various agencies in Aptitude Test, Group Discussions, Interviews and Presentation Skills.

The Department aims to mould employable engineering graduates by providing training on required skill sets. It aims at giving the students ample practice in Group Discussions, Job Interviews, Stress Interviews, Personality Development, Role Plays, Debates, and many more. Each student is given individual attention and helps in developing their presentation skills, public speaking and inter-personal relationships.

Training Activities include guidance programme for freshers, communication, motivation and soft-skill development training for all students. Along with this, the department takes initiatives in establishing Industry-Institute linkages, Industrial Visits, Guest Talks by Industry Experts, Group Discussions (GD) and Mock Interviews by HR professionals from different industrial sectors etc..
